What is Outside?
Outside is a solution for community groups that want to promote themselves through public events and functions.
In a unique partnership, Palmerston North city council and Access Manawatu can provide a PA, an MC and the technical expertise to ensure your event achieves it's fullest potential.
What does Outside cost?
Outside is free to all community groups that can display a need for the service, and that may have difficulty paying for a similar package.
Events that contribute to social wellbeing and greater tolerance and understanding in the community are also eligible.
The decision of PNCC and Access Manawatu as to the eligibility of groups for this initiative is final.

When applying, be sure to include the following...
Name of Organisation
Type of Event Ball, Festival, Market
Date, Time and Venue Estimates are fine to begin with
Outline your reason for applying Why do you need outside? How will your use of the package contribute to social wellbeing or increased tolerance within the community?
What you need Outlining any particular activities you think you will need assistance with
Contact Details Who do we contact with regards to this applications?
